Projects & Needs:
How Can You Help?  Here are several ways you can be a part of the Mission Assist Team:

1.

PRAY - Dr. Sam Canata, MAT's first consultant, advised that the most important thing we can do is to have prayer partners.  Would you printout our prayer requests and place it with your bible as a reminder to pray for us everyday?

2.

VOLUNTEER - As you read about the many opportunities offered through MAT, ask God to reveal to you areas you might offer your knowledge, expertise and skills.  If you are unsure of your skills, take our Spiritual Gift Survey.  Spiritual Gift Survey

3.

PROGRAMS - Ask your pastor or church to invite a MAT representative for a program.  There are Christians all across our land who would love to participate in mission projects, if only they were asked.  MAT is looking for opportunities to share about the needs.  Program Request

4.

GIVE AS GOD DIRECTS - As with all organizations, MAT has financial needs: Offerings

a.

Daily operation costs of rent, postage, phone, stationary, etc

b.

Equipment expenses such as the Mack truck which is used to deliver equipment and supplies to mission needs.

c.

Travel expenses related to mission group training and church programs, development of EAM-Mexico, construction of medical/dental unit, water- drilling rig, etc.

d.

Funds to provide Bibles, sound systems, Sunday School literature, leadership and training materials, musical instruments, etc. for churches in Mexico.

e.

Funds for equipping vocational training centers in areas where unemployment is high, i.e. sewing machines, welding machines.

f.

Funds for providing clean water and adequate food supplies in needy areas.
Do You Have a Van?
Do you have a van, suburban, pick-up or bus that is not being used but is in good working condition? There are many churches and pastors who have no transportation for their church related activities.
